Beside advertizing the vacant position, the process of recruiting includes the search through our database of candidates. Our database is the key to our high quality work. Selection

- CVision uses modern professional methods in the process of selection, which, depending on the profile searched for, may include the check of working ability.
- After the process of selection, we present you the profiles, usually three to five candidates who satisfy the requirements of the vacancy.
- If you are interested, our consultants may be present at meetings with the selected candidates and help you with the final choice with their experience.
- After hiring a candidate, it is our common practice to inquire how the selected candidate fit in in new business environment, and how the client is satisfied with his/her work.

Temporary employment service means that CVision employs selected candidates as its own workforce, and afterwards send them to you. We select the candidates and do all the necessary paperwork (labour contract, application/canceling of worker, calculating and giving paychecks).
